Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive mail management solution, which will give you absolute authority over your mailboxes and mail campaigns. With this intuitive GUI, you can create a new e-mailbox in no time and administer its settings easily. In addition, you can forward mails from one e-mailbox account to another, finetune e-mail filters, set up autoresponders and defend your e-mailboxes against unsolicited bulk emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can guard all your email boxes against junk e-mail messages. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no unwanted emails will find their way into your mailbox. Your e-mails will be sifted out based on their spam score. You can also choose whether an email message marked as spam should be deleted or redirected to a specific e-mail box.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are ideal for filtering your incoming e-mails on the basis of specific rules defined by you. Setting up mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantaneously. You can easily create a mail filter for any of your email accounts and modify the email filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming emails from one email box account to another, or even to several other e-mail box accounts. Simply select the email mailbox account you would like to forward emails from, then select the target mailbox and select if you wish to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can easily set up the e-mail client of your choice to access your e-mail boxes. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox you want to set up on your desktop PC or mobile phone and click on the mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new e-mailbox account will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager interface, managing multiple email boxes at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager graphical user interface will also permit you to easily set up an auto-reply message - enter the message you would like people to notice and our system will do everything else. And if you want to configure a catch-all e-mailbox - you can do that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
